Anti-Social Behaviour – Off-Road Motorbikes (Brotherod Estate) Greater Manchester Police are aware of reports of off-road bikes and motorcycles causing anti-social behaviour around the Brotherod Hall road area of Rochdale. If you are experiencing issues, please report them to GMP. Information from residents helps build intelligence and supports enforcement activity.
